I know, I know. I should have finished it now, but I haven't. And here's why:

I've finished all the property missions and the but I can't get the last three missions to kick in. What am I doing wrong? I've even finished all the races in the car showroom.

Care to let us know which last three missions and maybe I can. Gone through the bastard twice now

I've done it a few times, and I can't think why they're not kicking in.

However, it's a really long time since I played.

have you bought/done the missions for Cherry Poppers ice cream factory?

have you bought the boatyard, and done the missions for that?

completed the phone missions?

completed the R3 missions?

etc...etc..

You don't need to do the phone and R3 missions, but you do have to do the cherry poppin' place and boatyard I think.

You do, some of the cherry popper missions unlock other missions which lead onto other things, took me aa while to work that out :\

If your looking to complete the game at 100% then you have to complete everything. Including the stunt jumps and rampages. Also I think you have to get a high media rating in your stats. The only way to do that is to get into loads of trouble with the law.

According to a walkthtorugh that I looked at in desperation, the last three missions are when the tax man goes to one of your properties and you have to go and stop him.

Does anyone have any advice for racing that chummy on the club missions. You start off with a crumby car.
