As for why you are banned, you would have to ask the person who banned you. Duplicating your account because you got flambeed is not allowed any more than duplicating your account to cause trouble would be. Harford is a duplicate of your original account. Thats why that account was flambeed, and will most likely be deleted.

As for why Moon Cricket suffered that fate, ask the person who did it.

People who are banned are listed in the flambee menu along with the reason. If you were banned in August then it will tell you there. Although, having looked through your back catalogue of posts, I can see why.

In that link to the FAQs, it says very clearly at point 5 that any form of racism or sexism is looked down upon here. This means that its not allowed, and that extreme cases will be subject to moderator action, whether that be by editing the post or by taking more drastic steps such as flambee.

All its says is racism is looked down upon, no mention of banning.

There IS a difference between fact and opinion, granted. Unfortunately there is no difference between narrow-minded stereotypes of different races, or at least there shouldn't be. The FACTS are my experiences, which I've made no secret of. As for the off-topic asylum seekers argument; I originally laid out a few of my reasons for hating Tony Blair (i.e. the whole point of the site). When people like you began defending them and saying asylum seekers were all single mums who have had their families killed and the evil David Blunkett was trying to send them back to their own country, I felt the need to defend myself and try and wake you up.

There are genuine asylum seekers, but there are more bullshitters. Until you live in a town that is full of them you wouldn't understand. It's my opinion, it's based on reading stats, personal experience, and a little bit of common sense.

I don't know where the police start in fighting crime, but I think having the information is important, and was released for a reason: because everytime someone made the assertion that most robberies were by blacks they were called a racist. The stats were made public in papers to shut these people up, and make them realise there's nothing racist about it.

Secondly, having the information means they know where they have to combat these areas. If I was in charge of cleaning up prostitution, I would like to know who is running the rings, where it happens etc. The fact that most robberies are blacks gives them a chance, unfortunately the stop and search deterent was pulled because it was deemed "racist" by people such as yourself.

Now police can't stop and search so all the black communities are begging them to start doing it again because the black youths are running riot in these areas, and the non-criminal blacks have to put up with it. If these idiotic PC measures weren't put in place then we wouldn't be in the mess we're in now. And what the hell police officer is going to ne stupid enough to try and arrest a gang of black youths with his little truncheon and/or stun gun?

P.S. I feel safer knowing these facts, even if you don't. I live in a white middle-class town and I am safe to walk around knowing I won't be attacked. I also know that whenever there are street crimes committed here, it is by (obviously white) youths on a weekend evening - so I avoid those people and that area.

When I venture out to other towns nearby (Luton, Bedford) I don't feel safe because I am constantly reading about muggings and robberies (by, guess who?) so if I have to go there I always bring a weapon or something just incase. Luckily I've never been attacked, but plenty of my friends have. And by, guess who?

Yep, the world has it's problems, I just don't think making sweeping statements like "all women are whores" and taking stances like "everyone (ie moderators) that disagrees with me is an asshole" and antagonising people is the solution. Moderators have to be strict sometimes - that's their job.

When I say things like "all women are whores", I'm just generalising and just mouthing off. If you've followed by gripping chronicles in these forums you'll know that I don't genuinly think every single woman is a whore, and you'll know that I have a hell of a lot of respect for the decent ones. The trick is to get your views across without offending most of the people who read them. Often a simple question like "do you REALLY think MTV is great?!" will get the ball rolling and make people think about what you've said rather than piss them off.
