This is truly amazing! It is a computer generated video production, it's about 5 mins long, has 5 different worlds, full screen and with music. It's fully 3d and requires directx8 to play.
This all produces a data stream with a size of 1.9Gb!!!!
Think this takes ages to download??? Well, that's the amazig part, the files are only 64kb!!!!! And at the end of the movie they still had 7kb left to fill...??

check it out, i can tell you now this will not work on every pc..
Don't know why.

Enjoy this comression art. i am sure you like it...

And it does sound awfully sketchy too.

Anyway, there's no special compression here, it's basically the same concept as vector based art. Rather than a video which is frame by frame images, this application has a set of instructions which it uses to build this data on the fly. So with a combination of 3D models, synthesized sound (possibly built from many small sound samples) and low res & algorythm generated textures, it's not supprising the file size is as small as it is.

did you checked the file until the end? there in the text scroller you see the exact data about file sizes, music, totals and so on.

I am sorry you can't enjoy this, i thought it was amazing. It seems you can't appreciate almost a year of developing, testing and compressing by this German and Dutch team (don't mean to insult you, it is just that you like it, or not.)

And Simon, it is ok to click, nothing happens. The link is from my own (payed) site, and i doublecheck every link before posting it.

greetz Amygdela.

That's amazing, not exactly amazing graphics, but amazing that it's only 64 Kb
