Beware using these people unless you want hassle. Effectively, they look good, they have reasonable prices, until something goes wrong. Then, you will be bounced more times than a basket ball between departments.

Not only that, but in my case, it's now 14 months since I last used them and I have been repeatedly charged for a service that I didn't have, and i never received an invoice for it.

Probably what makes my situation worse, is that I was given promises, which I can not back up now (damn paper work) and so all I get is, customer services saying you must talk to billing, billing saying I must talk to customer services.

No one there wants the responsibility. To give the guy in Billing his due, he did check up on all the cost issues and the account is sorted, but the additional stuff he said he couldn't do anything about and that I'd basically have to chase it whilst still being charged for the calls.

They sound nice on the web, but becareful.

they never actually charged my card at the time of purchase, and so by the time they got round to it (over a month later) i had a new card, therefore the payment bounced. they then proceded to arse about for ages, untill i decided to give them my new card details to shut them up - as i couldnt be arsed with more hassle.

I think kormiic should add to this list, but as he's a current customer, maybe he don't wanna be tainted with it ;-)

+ another 1. I never liked their services for anything. That's why I've got my hosting off of my flatmate. It's nice to know people with virtual servers that will sell off space to you relativly cheap. And if anything goes wrong, I just have to walk down the hall and bitch about it.
