Being new and everything is kinda cool, however, Im lost at this forum lark. Seroiusly, How do I add a picture in this message? I've tried but I think it only allows links, so no pics from my computer.

Anybody play Counter Strike? Im crap at that too.

You have to have your pics hosted at a separate site, and then link them to here. For a pic that you only want up for 30 days, I suggest using www.photoisland.com. You can store your photos there, and then link them "for auction", which will give you a link.

Then type [ IMG ]Full link here[ /IMG ] (but without the gaps in the brackets, they are only there for demonstration purposes...)
and lo and behold, your pic should appear when you post your post!

Alternatively, if you click on the new reply button, after the last post in a thread, then you go to a reply page, which has an IMG button which you just paste your link into, and it will code it for you.

Be aware though, that it will post to the bottom of your text if you have already written something, and you might want to copy and paste the whole thing into the middle of your text (if thats where you want your picture to appear) before deleting the original link.


Most techie queries can be answered in the FAQ section, and anything else please feel free to post in the help me forum, or call into chat, where someone is usually available to help and advise, if you can get past all the gibberish we speak!
