Now this can't possibly be construed a a racist joke because I first heard it in 1934 before the word racist was coined.
An attractive young lady was on a subway train. After a while she noticed that an Afro-Caribbean man was pressing himself against her. She tried to move away, but the train was so crowded it was difficult to escape and seconds later he was grinding against her buttocks again.
She stared into his face and said loudly, "You scum."
He smiled back at her and said, "Mmm. Twice."

And it's been kept in captivity since 1934 too, by the sound of it.
