I cannot begin to tell you of the heartbreak that thnis company have cuased. My life is in ruins, my career in tatters. My woman, she don't love me no more...
Alright, that's a bit of an exaggeration.
A couple of weeks ago, I finally decided that I can't live without GPS anymore, so I decieded to buy a GPS receiver and a PDA to run it on. Searching EBay for a suitable product,I finally decided on a low-spec IPAQ, perfectly adequate for my purpose. I found a partucularly well-priced one on ebay and although the supplier is in America, even with shipping and import duty it would still work out 80-90 quid cheaper than even the cheapest UK source.
So, on 11th February, I placed the order. In the item description, it promised delivery in 3-4 working days (which I didn't really expect to happen) and the dispatch of an order tracking number on payment.
On Friday 20th February, a full eight days (and six working days) after funds were released, I still hadn't had any kind of dispatch notification. I emailed the company at 1pm GMT (giving plenty of time for response, whether the company was in EST or PST timezones) requesting an update on the status of my order.
Still no response.
I have noticed that this company is very heavy-handed in its criticism of users who leave bad feedback, so I am waiting until Monday evening to hear from them. If I don't, I will leave negative feedback and intitate a complaint under the Buyer Protection Scheme.
Don't use this company.
