A man starts his new job as a lighthouse keeper and is being shown about by an old hand.
“It’s good here” says the guy. “On Mondays we get the cards out, have card school. Lose some, win some, great night.”
“Actually” explains the newbie “I don’t gamble”
“Never mind” says the old hand “On Tuesdays we break open a crate and get smashed.”
“Well actually, I don’t drink” Says newbie.
Old hand continues “Never mind, on Wednesday we get some whores over from the mainland and it’s wall to wall shagging”
“Sorry” says newbie “I don’t like women much”
“What’s the matter with you?” asks the old hand “Are you queer or summit?”
“NO” retorts newbie.
Old hand says “ Then you won’t like Thursday’s either”
