Ok so it's not exactly drugs, but it's kind of close-ish. Ok so it's not, but anyway, I digress.

Just after Christmas I started taking my vits. on a regular basis i.e. everyday, it was kind of one of my New Years Resolutions. Anyway. One of the supplements I started taking was starflower oil. (1000mg) It is safe to say without any exaggeration. It has changed my life. Oh yes.

Me Before: Two weeks before period: Moody, grumpy, snapping peoples heads off, crying, impatient, cramps....

Me Now: All the time: not grumpy, not moody, no more snapping, no more crying, very patient, no cramps...

I swear to God I had NO idea my period was coming at all.

I am a convert. Buy this product it helps with Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) – Eczema and other skin disorders -Cholesterol and Blood Pressure - Rheumatoid Arthritis
- Immune System

I not on commission honest! It is just fab!!

In UK, Holland and Barrett. Or the internet, lots of places in fact. Evening Primrose Oil does the same but Starflower Oil is stronger...

Starflower is a brilliant way to combat pms but is really only best for short term use as it contains uric acid which can quickly accumulate in your body if consumed regularly. Evening primrose is best substituted once the need for an intense supplement has passed. As with all alternative medicines consult your homeopath/ herbalist / doctor before consumption

Methinks I shall start to sneak this into my flatmates tea.

Thanks, ladies. :)
