I bought just 1 from Aldi's, about 9-10 quid.
and it faitfully served, you can use just one florescent tube or both, generally runs 24-36 hours on a charge, (yo-either auto ciggy lighter or a house electrical output.
... but as it charges a red light is on, usuallly it charges (to a green light in 8 hours), but this time it took 3 days,
a portable torch is a great thing , even Mercury auto, the 5 quid i spent on ebay to replace the 'dome-light' that was nicked in the auction i bought her at was well worth it.
