This company today have impressed me beyond belief with their customer service.
I brought a monitor from them 18 months ago ( ish) and today I noticed that the screen was very very blurry. So I called the warranty line and they advised that the company had gone bust.
Having brought it from Staples I contacted my local branch, who advised me to ring head office. Within an hour they had authorised a replacement monitor from a different brand, with no receipt.
I went and picked it up tonight within a couple of hours of first experiencing the problem.
So from me its a bit thumbs up for staples.
