The new Marillion album is absolutely fucking awesome. A complete triumph of musical ability and masterly production.

It's called Marbles and I'm so proud of this band that I've been following on and off for the last 20 years; they've finally come up with a masterpiece which should bring them into the public's eye once more, if there's any justice.

Keep an ear out for their single which should be charting over the next couple of weeks, called 'You're Gone'.

If that tickles your fancy I can promise you a roller coaster ride of raw emotion if you give the album a chance. - some tracks literally leave you gasping for breath

There - I'm out of the closet now as a Marillion fan, but with this release I really do get the feeling that pretty soon it's going to be cool to like them. And no, FYI it's nothing like Kayleigh and Fish left 15 years ago, right?

Don't say I didn't warn ya! And don't take the piss unless you've actually heard the album; it's nothing like you think it will be - I was gobsmacked and I already knew what they are like these days - it really doesn't get much better than this...

This man speaks the truth!

It's a fantastic album, (their best in quite some time), from the opener, "Invisible Man" to the sublime closing track, "Neverland".

Their new single is out on the 19th and the album will follow May 3rd.

BUY IT!!!

Good call, Mr B :)

The single is set to chart pretty damn high this week too!

HMV's highest number of pre-orders EVER!

Things are looking good for the lads and a lot of people are about to eat their words.

SWEET!
