Thorn in my side - Quicksand (Manic compression)
Jeremy - Pearl Jam (ten)
Peaches - The presidents of the united states of america
Insane - Cold
Something to believe in - Offspring (smash)
Father of mine - Everclear (so much for the afterglow)
Be quiet and drive - Deftones (around the fur)
Fall - Mary beats Jane (locust)
The real thing - Faith no more (the real thing )
Lullaby for your casket - Kilgore (A search for reason)
Birth defect - Helmet (aftertaste)
The zephyr song - The red hot chilli peppers (by the way)
Your emotions - The dead kennedys (fresh fruit for rotting vegetables)
Hurt - Nine onch nails (further down the spiral)
Californication - The red hot chillis peppers (californication)

All of these songs are track six on their albums and are my favorite tracks on the album.
I picked these at random but their are more I can think of.
Is it a coincidence or am I just an obsessive freak?

Check your cds and please let me know.

cheers TE

Funny you should say that, i was thinking along similar lines about all Radioheads albums today and how they always make the second tracks the "big ones" . The second tracks go as follows. Pablo Honey - Creep , The Bends - The Bends , Ok Computer - Paranoid Android , Kid A - Kid A , Amnesiac - Pyramid song , Hail to the thief - Sit Down, Stand up. I'll add the question , was the fact we were both thinking about the significance of tracklisting a coincidence ? I think not. The answer can be found in repetitive chanting and prayer.

I have usually found the seventh track to be one of my favorites....I'm too tired to go and list some...but I will do it later.
