help please. i love this game, more than sim city 4 and it wont play.


what i mean to say is that it seems to install alright but when i clcik to play, nothing will happen.
help!!!!!!!

i'm on xp home sp2beta2

got 256mb ram

1.3ghz processor and some ati video card.

It could be that you have the sp2beta2 installed. I seem to remember Microsoft warning software developers about the new service pack causing problems with software that previously worked fine.

If it isn't that then you could try installing it again. Check if the shortcuts you were using to start the game are pointing to the right .exe file.

"Please help, I seem to have a webbrowser that won't load". Like with many things there's just not enough information. Check your system logs, check the directory the game is located, make sure the shortcut was created right, check whether the program starts running in your task manager.

I think you have to right click on the icon and go to properties. There should be a tab called Compatability. You can enable it there.

It's best to locate the .EXE file that your running and do it on that as not all shortcuts display it for some reason... but I'm tired right now and can't truely think properly.

It should work. Mine does, and I dont think we did anything special when we installed it.

you say some ati card. are you using windows default drivers or have you downloaded and installed the catalyst drivers? if your on the windows drivers that may well be your problem.
