Any techie heads out there? good.

I've been using my broadband dialer thingy for a good coupla months and its worked fine until...
I get home from work, flip the ole interactive jazz mag on, clicketh the 'E' and clickio el connect. It usually takes 30 seconds to a minute to connect, but today, it wont connect and says my password and/or username isn't valid. These 'things' i shall call them, are on the memory whatsit so you never have to type them in, just hit enter.

whats going on there then? anyone give some advice before I sell my mum to pay for the helpline

This is on dialup, so i'll fuck off now and check back later
