I only caught the last 35 minutes of this but i swear Spain are causing theirselves more problems than they need.

They had the game nicely in control, but with their constant squandering of the many chances they create and the short lapse in concentration in defence that lead to Greece equalising totally against the run of play, they are in danger of underachieving again.....without even playing badly !!

I also think Raul is having a dreadful tournament so far. The bread and butter chances that are being created are being badly fluffed by him. Its like he has a confidence crisis. Mind you he didnt have the best of domestic seasons with Real Madrid either.

Hey but well done to the Greeks, they plugged and fought all through the game and got that goal they scrapped after, it looks like maybe one of the big nations are gonna go out then !

Good seeing Joaquin get on though. I rate him so highly and he tore the Russian right back to bits, to the point where they started double and even triple teaming him haha.

Spain played really well, and were unfortunate to only get a draw. However, it seems that they're struggling to kill teams off, and are likely to have problems against the Portuguese. Morientes goal was superb.

What about Greece though! If they avoid defeat to the Russians, they go through to the next round. Who would have thought it.
