Yet another win for Australia at the Commonwealth Games - or should that be the Aussie rules games. I know its not polite to gloat when first introducing yourself but what the hell. Not a bad site I must say, good stories and great pic's -
not bad for a sportless nation, must be all that sunny weather.

Ok yes we did miss out on the world cup but hey, its only soccer. And we may be a big desert in the middle of know where but at least us aussies know what a bath is - oh its time for my cucumber sandwiches and tea and maybe another pint of warm beer.

Do you think you could catch me a wallaby, I've always wanted a wallaby. I would happily pay for shipping if you caught me a wallaby that I could keep as a pet and eventually eat.

given the nature of wildlife in England, i.e none (I did watch Eastenders if that counts) Im not sure that your tender stomachs and lilly white bodies could handle something as exotic as wallaby. Give me campfire roasted red-belly-black snakes any day. You do know what snakes are dont you?

Yes we know what snakes are. That prime example of a 'Bruce' Steve Irwin keeps reminding us what happens when you hit them with a big stick...pillock

Take no notice eaonflux, they are all too busy knotting the corners of their hankies to make hats.

Anyone for a whippet? Going cheap!

Good to see that not all people on this site come from a place that thinks marrying your fist cousin is ok - thanks mark knipe/CapaC. Ah yes steve Irwin, australias newest export. He is actually suppoesd to be like that, its to keep the Queen thinking us aussies are still part poms. Cant say hes all that popular back home, you people might wake up to it one day - once you remove those spuds from you ears.
