it was a shit game and the last few games have been poor haven't they? Usually it's the group stage that let's you down before the high drama and excitement of the knockouts. However, I just can't get excited about a defensive and boring Greek side beating all those fancy-dans. I like fancy-dans!

I like the eventual winners to excite me with nice football, not bore me to death. In my opinion, despite their Semi-final defeat the Czechs were the team of the tournament.

A great day for Greece, but I can't help feeling a little disappointed by the tournament as a whole. Greece may have deserved it, but it's a bit of an anti-climax the way they won it. They didnt go out to play a certain style, they looked at the opposition and played accordingly by stiffling their opponents flair players. Yes that's good management, but was anyone entertained by them at all? Probably one of the least talented and exciting champions as far as I can remember.

As for Ronaldo, I'm glad he was crying because it showed that he really cared, because sometimes he looks like he doesn't give a shit. He had a good tournament and looks as if he could be one of the next load of superstars.
