Mine went dark when I was pregnant. Try wearing a strappy t-shirt/vest under your top.
I suffer from nipples too. :D
Mine are naturally dark, not a hint of pink. I've always been self conscious about them (and other brown-but-should-be-pink bits) but I'm told it's normal, just that people are different.
If they've changed colour rule out obvious things like a tan (not sure if those bits tan but they are coloured with melanin so I'm assuming so) or fake tan or anything else they may have been exposed to. Then look it up on the internet for any health related issues to do with nipples you might find something.
melanin
yep. lazy today.
anyway. If you're tanning your bare chest, there is a possibility that they could change shade slightly, but something as drastic as brown to pink is highly unlikely.
its more than likely a hormonal thing.
No, I dont tan my anything :S
I just dont know why, and its just a pain when people can see them.

Having been on a high level of hormones for a few years then I can say they will affect the colour..But it is a gradual change.
For a drastic change in a short period of time I would visit my doctor.
