Got out of bed. looked in the mirror.

"Holy mother of......"

Lets just say i didnt look my best.

Eyes looking beady, fully equipped with bags and red puffiness. lips cracked. oily hair, blotchy skin, etc.

whats your morning regime to prevent the horrible tired look hanging around all day?

Cleanse? Tone? Moisturise? Exfoliate?

And yes im getting enough sleep... i dont understand! :(

A shower, washing my face with exfoliating stuff or spot stuff, followed by a moisturiser.

Why, is there any other way?? If so tell me!

I am more of a "Wash and go" Girl. I just jumo in the shower, wash with dial exfoliating scrub, brush my hair slap on some lotion and some makeup and get the hell out of here.

I jump into shower, wet all over, shampoo hair, Oil of Olay (dry skin shower wash) with a netty spongy thing, rinse hair, body, wet face cloth/flannel - give body quick rub all over, rinse, dry, deoderant, brush hair. None of this make up/lotion stuff

I had far less problems with my skin when I only used shower gel on my entire body and face, and nothing else at all. Shame it doesn't work when I try that now :/

I use that Bi-Facil stuff and a Lancome face cream. Forget what its called but it makes my skin nice and soft. I then apply my make-up. Only use foundation if its absolutely neccesary.

stay in bed and eat chocolate and ice-cream, or you could go one better and have chocolate ice-cream. Then at least if you look like pap the next day you'll know why ..... :P I usually get breakouts like that a few days before my period and ive found theres nothing i can do other than get on with it and apply enough makeup to supply a convention of department store beautiticians!

Just wash my face with ordinary soap, I wear no makeup, therefore, it doesnt clog up my pores. I'm fortunate that my boyfriend prefers me without the evil stuff. As for dark circles under my eyes.... I find that loads of sleep and healthier eating does the trick quite well. :)

If its an early start for work just a quick wash, maybe a moisturise (whilst on train.
I exfoliate a few times a week, moisturise every night.
I find that my face looks better in the morning not so uch if i rub anything on, but (esp. now, cos its getting hotter) cut back on crap food, away from smokers if possible, hardly drink, and drink a shitload of water, especially through the night.

Touche Eclat hides the dark circles for me. A tiny dab under each eye and away they go.
