i am sick of paying stupid amounts for
a) a jar of salt scrub which i can use at home
b) someone qualified in the area of beauty therapy to apply said salt scrub.
soon after ruminating on "whether it could really be that hard", i have started making my own, to much satisfaction.
step 1. Buy a bag of course sea salt, some nice oil (avocado is my favourite) and some essential oils (optional)
step 2. combine in jar.
step 3. scrub yourself all over before having a nice hot shower.
wonderful!
ps, rock salt works nicely as well, but dont forget to run it through a morter and pestle first :)
