That would be: Men can start threads, but only if the content is appropriate

Ie men can post AND start threads but it has to be relavent to the forum (exactly the same as every other forum then) that one got my vote. There are womens issues I genuinely take an interest in and would have contemplated starting a thread about but have been unable to thus far.
