I am really really narked about this. About last October when it was launched I purchased a superbalance compact which was £21. Fair enough, £3 more expensive than their 'normal' foundation but you got the compact and you can get refills for it.

December I needed a refill, and I couldnt get one for love nor money. I blamed myself for leaving it till I was desperate, so just brought a compact and paid the £3 extra again. Now it comes to the time when i know i need a replacement in about the next 6 weeks, but alas I am STILL having problems finding one.

I am really annoyed they make you purchase the compact time and time again when all you need is the little insert :(

Have you tried any online retailers? There must be a webshop somehwere that has them.

I have never worked out how to order from that place :S its a nightmare and the pages just dissapear :(

I have already managed to get my fingers on my next refill ( yes a refill) by basically being super nice to the Debenhams lady :)
