He's a bit like a white version of that geeky guy from bb4.

He really does look the part of the ham radio type geek. Really pasty etc.

Leave him alone... he is going to be comedy GOLD - I am sure of it.

Reminds me of Jon Tickle wrapped in an Alan Partridge shaped bun.

Gawky and Geeky is ALWAYS fun to laugh at and he has that 'awww' factor for being so cringeworthy.

well he's obviously an alpha male, reading out the Rules and pointing out the Fire Exits to the damsels. And did I hear him say 'Put the bread in there IT WILL BE SAFE?

sorry, cant see him lasting, just another one to be bullied by max etc

He reminds me of the Colin Hunt character from the fast show.

He reminds me of a little weasel trying to hard to be funny hence making him less funny.

Infact he's a cheesey flavoured nicnak thats what he reminds me off.

Get out!

I say give him some time he could prove to be a bit a laugh.

Exactly what I was thinking: "I'm a little bit crazy and hyper..... some people find me annoying"

I reckon he's actually alright, but just a little bit sad.

That describes most people who enter the house though... give him time and he'll settle down.

I have the feeling he has comedy potential. I'd put a bet on him to be a shock win, if I could find odds of 25-1 :)

He wasn`t bashful about stripping off for a shower this morning. In fact the only one who didn`t stirp of completly was Kinga which shocked me.

I was wrong.
I think he has potential ,but at the moment seems in awe of the proccedings in the house.
He hasn't got tits like Ulaith,so cannot use them to get through this tricky period ,which is ulaiths get out clause.
Now the contestant formerly known as Saskia has gone,he may not feel too intimidated to come out of his enigma.

I feel sorry for the guy. Whilst I can't watch him without wincing as he's so incredibly geeky, I have seen his expressions and feel quite sad for him. He longs to be accepted and I suppose he has been, however he will never be the first anyone would approach for help or advice or a natter and I reckon that hurts. Derek talked over him (or rather sang over him) and this is the guy who goes nuts when Science does it to him! Maxwell used to be a real arsehole to Eugene and Craig would do most of it behind his back but of course the animosity was always obvious.

Eugene's probably the most decent fella in the place, it's just a shame he's not really the cuppa of choice for most.

thanks marie I just had a similar conversation with Him Indoors about eugene.
whilst most of them would get me banging my head against a wall because they play such stupid ear bleeding games, eugene is just a one-off. I couldnt possibly reject him for being different - in fact it makes me warm towards him what with all the other nonsense going on.

I pissed myself laughing at him tonight - he's so niave which is a rare quality these days

(did I spell niave correctly)

He's become my favourite in recent days.
He's the only one who isn't up his own arsehole.
He is ace when he's himself , but sometimes lets himself down when he tries to put on a bit of an act, because he thinks that is what is expected from him.
And cry! ,He's a genuinely emotional bloke ,which i find very touching.

He seems like a nice chap. But have you noticed how everyone stares into the middle distance when he starts enlightening them with one of his anecdotes.

In relation to an above post. I don`t think he`s "odd" enough to labelled a white jon tickle.

Outside of the house would you want him sitting next to you on the bus?

I think it's not the case of him being someone who is entertaining but rather someone people feel sorry for. Pity is a very bad thing, and even though he is not malicious, or sly or dominating, you would not want to have a prolonged converstaion with the guy.

The man is harmless but could get very annoying very quickly.

I know of someone similar to Eugene although not quite as bad geek-wise and when he talks to me about stuff I find boring I ask him questions that I AM interested in about his chosen topic and therefore you're not quite as bored - even if those questions seem trivial to him. Everybody has something to say that is worth listening to.

Hmmm....possibly. But I don't think I could listen to this boring little prick for more than couple of minutes without wanting to thump him.
