Nope. They confirmed it on BBLB today.

They contacted the friends and family of the housemates to find out if all was well, and everything with them was fine. They made the decision to not tell the housemates.

I expect if one of the housemates was directly affected in some way, they would have informed them.

I think it was a wise choice given what happened over the World Cup previously in which they conceed to showing them it without sound. Imagine this would be a lot worse as some of them have friends and family from thereabouts meaning they would be concerned if they aren't able to talk to them.
