Legally? Yes, but most of us started smoking at about the age of 13 or 14. I was a 13 year old smoker. Looking back on it now, I prolly looked like one of those child prostitutes that you see on Public television when they do their doc.'s about Taiwan and shite like that. I still fancy smoking, I'll prolly take it back up socally when I am not preggo. You also have to be 21 to drink here but that has not stopped under age drinking either. One way or another smokes and alcohol are purchased for minors.
