Anyone else think that poor Ash made a meal of her having to do such a terrible, terrible thing tonight. She knew about BB before she even applied let alone get in the house and she's making such a fuss over nominating. Come on girl, get over yourself and keep the dramatics for the amature dramatics society. All that weeping and hardly a tear in sight. There's a BIG crocodile roaming around the house tonight, and half inching tear ducts lol.

That was genuine, one of the reasons I have not been able to watch the live feed (Jayne is the other) is that Ashleeeene has been No Fun. The reason she did not want to nominate is that she is terrified that she is being portrayed as a bitch on the outside (on the C4 show), and remember, big brother is her life now, she has a big brother mentality where things are all warped and strange. I also don't think she has a game plan.

This is what is making me think she was genuine. At first I thought, yeah tough decision, no surprise some tears. Then when she kept on and on almost hysterically, I was a little dubious.

Looking at it, she's had horrible decisions to make in a warped environment, after what happend in the house before she was 'evicted' so it's understandable that's she's completely fallen apart.

Back in the little house the countdown for Jonathan to leave is under way and she is hugging him in floods of tears, the countdown reaches one, she pushes him away and he leaves.

In the diary room with Spoirol they are told to re-enter the main house. "I won't I won't" she cries, the production team remind her which door to walk through and she gets up and walks through the door.

So what happened here? She had 3 tasks to undertake that were designed to make her look ruthless and cold. She completes each task, exactly as demanded, while appearing weak and vulnerable. Class.

I don't believe she has an overall plan but she is a player, able to style out any games the production team present.

Also spiral actually physically moved her into the main house. I think she was on automatic at that point. Lea just lost what little respect I had for her by having a hissy fit because ashleeene did not go running over to her for a hug. Ash played it right with nikki though by going to have a quiet hug with her once everything had settled right down.

I am in complete agreement with you there. I genuinely think that her tears were real, but maybe thats because i always want to think the best of people.

The impression I got was that it started off real but then she just tried to milk it.

You've all convinced me, she is a warm hearted generous soul who is lost in the evil games of a twisted production company.

25,000 genuine miles, this model always makes this noise and there is a different key for each lock.... which is a bonus.

I think she's genuine, and being exploited by Endemol, just like they exploit all the other housemates. I think her task with the 'house next door' was really really nasty. Susie would have dealt with it much better.

Its Endemols job to exploit them, and go for it. Someone had to do it and frankly more fun for ash to break down then for susie to sail thru. To win you have to suffer. Last yr Anthony had craig, that was his pain. He dealt with it and won. By this task (and havin to deal with nikki) Ash has increased her chances to win.

Ash has definately changed over the last few weeks. To the extent where she's now playing mediator between people. Part of it will be to protect her image, but more so the fact that after spending so long 24 hours a day with these people it's become her life. Most people will try to keep the peice for an easy life.

It will be so different for her when she gets out!
