So many to choose from, but you only get one vote. It's a tough life.

Haven't seen it. Kings of the Road is great, as is American Friend and Hammett.

Have you seen Paris Texas?

I loved WOD when I saw it at the cinema. Not sure I could watch it at home, what with it being subtitles, fairly slow and in b&w.

Paris, Texas, but that's due to Sam Shepard's excellent screenplay as much as anything.

Wenders is a tad overrated for me.

Got to be Paris Texas, a gem of a film. Great soundtrack too.

Has anyone else seen Kings of the Road (http://www.wim-wenders.com/movies/movies_spec/kingsoftheroad/kingsoftheroad.htm)? It really is a little gem.

Has to be Buena Vista for me, but then I've only actually seen Paris Texas out of all the others, and that was about 15 years ago.

BVSC is a gem though - a great lesson in humility. Got front row balcony seats to see what's left of them at Hammersmith Apollo next year.
