I don't see Natural Born Killers or From Dusk til Dawn in here. Or are we only taking films he directed?

I have a thing for his films purely becasue he puts a lot of work into the dialogue and I'm very fond of films that keep you gripped with the dialogue rather than falling back on special effects (a criticism that I think could be levelled at Kill Bill in parts)

Considering there are 19 other threads asking what the best film of a particular director is, I don't think it is reckless to assume that this thread might be asking the same question.

Kill Bill 1 and 2 are both fucking excellent.

I don't think KB2 is as good as KB1 and so it's obviously not his best film, but it's not at all bad... and the 72000 people that have put it in the Top 250 films on IMDB at 116 don't disagree either.

Pulp Fiction for me (although I voted for em all because I could :D)

The script is one of the most eminantly quotable scripts ever. It's pure genius.

True Romance was written by Tarantino, but was directed by Tony Scot.
(an excellent director, if you ask me)
So not strictly a Tarantino film.

but true romance is also shit. most stuff written by tino but not actually dircted by him does. i hold up 'natural born killers' as evidence.

another reason i dislike true romance is that it has that bell end in it from 90210 (i think) and that just annoys me.

i also dont like drugstore cowboy. both these films jsut have a horrible david lynch feel to them.

Oddly enough I've not seen any of those films.

so I couldn't give an honest/otherwise opinion.
