Calorie Counter (http://www.thecaloriecounter.com/)
Just thought I'd put this link up so people can have some help if they're counting calories.
Also, does anyone have a link for a Metabolic Rate Calculator? That would be useful to have in here too.

There are 2 steps- you calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate, then enter the minutes of activity you do in a day. Then it calculates how many calories you need. It's important to do both steps!
Reduce the number it gives you by about 500cals in order to achieve a weight loss of around 2lbs a week.

Excellent linkage, apparently I need to have 1700 to lose 2lbs. God damn, that means I'll need to eat a pack of lard in the next few hours..

Thought I would add this:
1lb=3500cals.
To lose 1lb, you need to reduce the amount of calories you would need to maintain your weight by 3500cals. To gain 1lb, eat 3500cals more.
