A speaker at a conference on telepathy tells the audience that a killer amongst them will kill again and later that night, the speaker is murdered, the killing witnessed by American Mark Daly. Daly, together with journalist Gianna Brezzi, attempts to catch the killer, but every time he gets a new lead another murder cuts off his trail. How can the killer can be so aware of his every move? Dario Argento's tough, uncompromising film mixes the conventions of a thriller with the psychic overtones that were to be developed in later films.

I watched a bit of this last night, but it looked like balls so I didn't stop around. Plus it had David Hemmings, the twat from one of the most shite films of all time, Blow-Up in it - with a ridiculously overdubbed italian voice.

Perhaps I should have given it more chance..

I watched it all .. finished at 3.26am !

Quite enjoyed it actually .. very gruesome. :) Music was terrific and added greatly to the suspense.

I think it's a masterpiece myself, although Hemmings seems a bit of a bim to say the least.
