maybe this will work b/c i'm back up to my original weight.
which is...
a lot.

Thursday 9 November
3am: dried figs and a mini snickers.

11am: half a 10 inch greek pizza, a bowl of salad, a cup of fried rice.

6:30pm: big bowl of fried rice

Also took a walk in the woods around 5pm, could feel my fat more than ever trekking thru wet leaves and stumps.

friday nov 10th

5am: cheese and crackers, grits with cheese and cayenne

11am: Bacon, egg, cheese and pickle sandwich

3pm: swiss cheese and crackers

6pm: garlicky chicken noodles and a bowl of oatmeal.

a shitload of very bad food along with a lot of JD. am bad. so bad. will try again tomorrow.

12am- 2 mini snickers
2am-3 mini snickers
8:00am-1 mini snickers
1:00pm-2 lean hot pockets
7:00pm- lasanga, salad.
