Anyone following an exercise programme or just doing excersise?
I'd like to thin down my calves, but need tips on how to do so. I dont want to have thinner thighs and muscly calves!
I'm doin' heaps of dancing... but of course, I have man-legs.
But I'd say dancing would still help :)

Walking, you tone up your legs thus making your calves look thinner.

I cycle to and from uni VERY quickly (i'm usually running late) up and down some quite steep hills twice a day. That's my only real regular excercise, i climb most wednesdays and sometimes go for a run (very rarely indeed). I generally put weight on (mostly due to beer and takeaway intake) at uni and then lose it at home.
