Ooo i want one! Not counting cals though.

Breakfast - 200g Yoghurt
1 cup strawberries.

Protein and carbohydrates.

Lunch - Tuna patty & avocado

More protein + good fats :)

Snack - had a couple of biscuits, bleh.

dinner hasn't occured yet. i think sausages are on the menu... oh well...

breakfast

2 slices of bread mit honey.

lunch

toasted chicken and avocado sandwich

Dinner

Roast beef.....

... i didnt snack, though!
