Its not that I eat unusually shaped food, but chances are I wont post here everyday.
Today so far:
Breakfast:
Bag of crisps (McCoys Special Oriental Ribs) and a Boost chocolate bar.
excuse: I went to the garage to get a paper :\
Lunch:
Small portion (3-4 tablespoons) of homemade curry with 2 slices of white bread (no spread)
Dinner:
2 slices of toast (no spread) with sardines on (only 2 slices of sardine, the cat had the third)
snacks during the day so far - 3 or 4 slices of multigrain riveta without spread.
Drinks, so far - 5 cups of coffee.
(I will probably have a sandwich or something for supper and another 3 or 4 coffee's before bed)
I have no idea how many calories that is.
