I've started to notice that my face looks a lot thinner, as do my thighs, which is ace 'cause my thighs were getting very big over the summer. The beer belly I also got over the summer seems to be slowly disappearing too.
My clothes are getting loose and I'm hoping that I've gone down a size. I'm thinking I have because I've almost lost a stone (just another pound to go!).
I'm more pleased about my health than how I'm looking though. The walk to college has gotten a lot easier since I've been eating healthier food and I just generally feel like I've got a lot more energy to do things that I used to feel too tired to do.
Drinking lots of water has definately made my skin nicer as well, which is good because it was sexily good before but now it's even sexier!
So, is anyone noticing any changes since they've been dieting and such?
