This is a good idea, I could do with keeping tabs on me food intake.
Brekkie 4:15 am : 3 weetabix, semi skimmed milk and sugar to taste.
2nd Brekkie 9:00am : Spicy sausage Baquette, chelsea bun.
Maybe some small snacky things later, such as them small toffee crisp buscuits but not too many, 1 or 2 mostly.
Then Dinner out tonight at a restaurant, so prolly quite calorific.
Looking at this already, it seems like quite a lot of calorific intake, BUT, I'm reasonably regular down the gym, 2-3 times a week, for about 90mins a time so It sort of balances out, hopefully.
