I've been a huge fan of Kate's ever since I was given the album 'The Whole Story' as a gift. Soon after I began acquiring some of her other albums and each one is a classic in it's own right. It's a shame she hasn't been in the public eye much over the years, I believe after one concert she developed stage fright and has not been able to perform live since or maintain any public profile.

The last time I saw her on TV was, I believe, on the Michael Aspel chat show years ago. And from what I remember she seemed very closed and defensive while being interviewed, and what was immediately noticable about her appearance was that she had put on some weight.

My favourite songs of Kate's are 'Wow', 'Breathing', 'Wuthering Heights' (both versions) & 'Cloudbusting'. I remember seeing and being impressed with the video to Cloudbusting at the cinema which was shown as a promo before the start of Back To The Future. I can listen to Kate at any time and I love all her albums, and she remains one of the greatest singer/songwriters of our time.

I'm going back years when I saw the interview Lizzie. Even as far back as the early nineties maybe. She was a little overweight, more noticeable around her cheeks, but no way the size of Venessa Feltz, more Judy Finnigan if that helps you. She still looked attractive though =)

I have no idea what she looks like now, naturally I hope she has retained her good looks and most importantly her health. I expect she has been busy writing songs, and who knows maybe she intends to release an album. However, ever since I got "The Whole Story" and subsequently the rest of her albums one by one, I've listened to her every day and found her a lot better beyond the surface. Someone correct me if I'm wrong (and I quite often am) but I think the problem might be that, even though no-one seems to find her very annoying at all, she's still got a 2 star annoyance rating. I was never a Kate Bush fan, but she produced intelligent music.
